Bi Directional Sync

Our sync set up is generic: you can set up one way or bidirectional sync. You can sync any object including custom objects from NetSuite to Salesforce and vice versa. For example, you can push the Actuals data from Netsuite into Salesforce so that it can be analyzed against the forecast.

Accounts in Salesforce are matched to Customers in NetSuite based on defined set of fields. You can select a set of fields on NetSuite or Salesforce that triggers the bidirectional synch. For example only sync Accounts with a closed opportunity.

Contact from Salesforce to Customers in NetSuite Bi-directional Sync

Contacts in Salesforce are matched to Customers in Netsuite. You can select a set of fields on Netsuite or Salesforce that triggers the bidirectional synch. For example only sync contacts that are of type Technical Contact or Billing Contact.
